Men undervalued at job have heart disease risk

A long-term study reveals that men in high-stress jobs who feel undervalued face double the risk of heart disease. Researchers followed over 6,000 white-collar workers for 18 years, finding that stress and "effort-reward imbalance" significantly impacted men's heart health. Men experiencing either stress or underappreciation had a 49% higher risk of heart disease, while those with both factors faced double the risk.
